I'm so excited and grateful to have collaborated with Charlotte Ager to bring to life her beautiful illustrations for this poem. This film involved the most intensive colouring process I've ever used for a project in order to try and accurately reproduce Charlotte's drawings done on paper.
As Hinkley Point C, Britain’s biggest nuclear power plant, rises next door, Sam, 11, dreams of protecting the fish he identifies with. He believes the only way is to go a private school – but his parents can’t afford the offer. As a last resort, they turn to the power company for funding, forcing Sam to decide what kind of person he wants to be.
Filmed over 11 days throughout Morocco from busy Fez to beautiful Merzouga, through to Essaouira by the sea and back to Marrakech - this is a short representation of what Morocco felt like to me.

Really hope you enjoy it!
The second co-production between Passion and Stories for Swiss supermarket Migros. It features the return of the character Finn and shows his search for his long lost parents. Seamlessly blending live action with memorable CGI characters, animation directors Kyra & Constantin teamed up with live action directors Dorian Lebhertz and Daniel Titz to create Finn’s second story.
It’s not always what we achieve that defines us, rather it is why we achieve such things that creates clarity in our existence.
